Hathway broadband has troubled me for the last 2 months of the 3 month advance subscription tht it has taken. No response via CC, email or twitter. Speed subscribed for 50mbps and 3 mbps delivered...terrible experience and a total loss of money

Cheap Service. bad quality.. Zero Customer Support not happy with the quality. Please guy don't Take hathway TV Connection.. Totally time waste. if you want to recharge they generate OTP .then wait for 30 min then massage will come. Totally time waste..

I was cheated by your sales guy abhay with wrong commitment on service delivery. I clearly mentioned to him upon payment that I will only be available for installation at 8:30pm on all days. He said the cable people will come ok at 8:30 pm . I was bombarded with phone calls persuading me to be available at 6:30. I managed to move out of the office for this upon arguments in my own office. This cable team does the wiring and moves out without saying anything, I asked is it done they said now modem guy will come in an hour. Modem guy comes in and says cabling isn't done properly. He postponed it for next day. Now whom should be at fault ? It's all poor commitment and slow service. I can't afford to leave office like that every day. It's just upon installation I have this experience I dread about post sale services. I have asked for refund.

Fraud The Actual Speed is around 2mbps whereas they promised a Speed of 50mbps. Really disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of the customer care as well. Instead of sending a technician, they just ask us to restart the router and have failed in providing any permanent solution for the speed and frequent disconnection issue.

Pathetic service and broadband speeds. I got the 50 Mbps plan a week ago and I get speeds between 8-12 Mbps. Customer service is awful. They will register your complain and then by evening send a message that your issue has been resolved. No one calls after you have registered a complain and to top that the person from whom I got the connection doesn't even pick up my calls. I was using DEN boomband and despite its occasional issues it was far better in terms of service and speeds. I regret my decision and would certainly take legal action against Hathway.

Extremely poor service. I was told how there would be no issues etc., the moment I got the connection, literally within 10 minutes, I started facing connectivity issues. The sales team guy who made the promises stopped answering my calls after I voiced my concerns. The technical team closed the ticket without verifying with me. They kept promising that they would come, they didn't. And now that I'm trying to get a disconnection, they seem to have a rather convoluted method. They expect us to submit the modem ourselves, and then await the refund status. Basically stay without the internet at all for a few days, if at all they get back, and then be wait for them to give us yet another ticket number which we have to use to make a call to them asking for a refund. Big mistake. Please spend some more money and invest in a better connection elsewhere.

The worst cable operator especially in mayur vihar phase 1, delhi . The supervisor is so bad, they dont attend to the complaints the cable connection is always out of service . Complaints are unattended.. fed up with this cable service

Pathetic service from this ISP. Call center keeps calling for recharge rather than improving their service and resolving my tickets. It's been few months I have disconnected yet they keep calling atleast twice a day for recharge. They don't pick their router from my home yet keep mailing me to schedule pickup even though I have scheduled multiple time and ask CC to pick up the router, their is no response from this company. One star I could give becoz there is no option of zero star.
