Rude, ignorant and arrogant staff.
I'm paying for a 100 Mbps connection but I have never seen speeds over 50 Mbps.
On normal usage you only get 10 to 15 Mbps speed.
As a customer I feel cheated.
Unless and until it is absolutely necessary as per your needs, do not purchase ACT services.

Never go for such bad internet provider. I also decided to switch.

I have applied for the internet connection a week ago their executive called me the day after and told me that i would have my connection installed tommorow , the ground person who came to my house for installation purpose were not able to install connection in my house the executive with whom i have talked earlier told me that he will get installed it after 2 days but the next day he was not picking up my call and was ignoring it for more than 2-3 days and i had already paid the amount for the connection even the customer care service was ignoring my call and not answering at all , finally after 1 day they picked up my call and asked them for a refund , message which i received was that their executive will call me within 48 hours to ask my detail for refund purpose which the didn't do at all so i asked them for follow on but they still didn't contact me yet
And no refund till now

1000GB with free installation and router ( 150mbps upload and download )
Application - 2/5 ( Very basic and slow for iOS )
Reliability - 2/5 ( Goes off for straight 6-12 hours in a month )
Customer support - 4/5
Local cable operator - 2/5 ( They are not helpful at all )
- Speed is constant but they are not providing fiber optic.
- Usage is capped with 1000Gb ( Average active users only need 600-700gb )
- Charges are not very specific and uncertain in nature.
- Overall its a big company with lots of limitation and trying to enter north market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't resist myself from writing this review... It's been two weeks since I became a subscriber of ACT Fibernet in Delhi.... The installation process took 2 days... On day one they did all the wiring and also did the installation of Fiber rack on my roof and on the second day the router engineer showed up and he did the installation and configuration of the wifi router... The installation process was very fast and easy and was pretty convinent for me as a customer... Pros - 1. Very stable - The internet is very reliable... With Mtnl I used to disconnect 3-4 times in a day but with act fibre net my internet has not faced any kind of downtime even for a single minute, since the day my internet was installed 2. Ping - It gives awesome ping ... On speed test it was giving me a ping of 3 ms and 1 ms, depending on the location of servers... Usually this kind of ping is considered very good for online gaming... So if you are a gamer this is one of the best internet you can apply for.. 3. Speed - I am paying 999 rupees for a download speed of 75 Mbps and upload speed provided by them is also 75 Mbps (Recently they upgraded the same plan to 100 Mbps and 350gb fup and as a customer I am very happy with their decision as I am getting better speed and more data @ same price of 999) ... They are providing a fup of 350gb and I paid for 6 months in advance so they are giving me additional data of 300gb every month, which is more than enough for anyone in my opinion ... Previously I was paying 1200 rupees for 4 Mbps connection @150gb fup provided by Mtnl, which was highly over priced, compared to that Act Fibernet is not only cheap but also very reliable... I am getting a constant speed of 75 Mbps (now 100 Mbps) on daily basis and my speed has not dropped below that even once... 4. App - Their mobile app is very nicely built and you can track your data usage on daily basis on the app and also upgrade your account details very easily on the app plus I like the overall interface of the app..... All in all this is the best internet connection I have used in my locality i.e - West Delhi and I would recommend this to everyone... Thank-you team ACT ??
