it's my misfortune that I live in such area where DEN is a service provider and moreover I opt you for this service. Let me tell you, you are the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER, I repeat WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
You are a pain in my neck !! Daily morning I call your customer care (which is not even toll free) to file a complaint that my internet is not working and mind it EVERYDAY. But you agents and engineers are ***holes, they didn't even realize that some one is complaining on daily basis so we should fix it once and for all.
When I ask for refund it's a clear NO
but when I ask technical justification of why the hell internet not working, they keep on saying
"Sir wo aapke area mein technical issue chal raha hain engineers theek kar rahe hain "
I want to know the project name and timelines which you are doing in my area since one year?????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the bad service provider in east Delhi. I was connecting with this service provider since January 2018 but since then it's Modem always reset two to three times daily. Any how I switch it off and agin switch on it works. Now from 19th of May it is not working. I complaint so many times from 19th till today 21st of May no body turns up how could they claim one of the best internet service provider.
