I do not recommend working here at all. I was hired as an Operations Analyst in the Admissions Team (Chandigarh Head Office) in September, 2021. Here's my experience: I was interviewed by three different persons on the day of interview and then again by the HR manager of the company on a separate day. But this was a minor although inconvenient experience. The truly dreadful parts are ahead. Although proper training was provided in the initial days and though my head/boss was fairly understanding and helpful at all times, no conditions regarding my working speed or performance were laid down at the time of joining or commencing working here. After three weeks, the Director of the company told me to my face that I was not processing applications at the desired speed. Why didn't the head of Admissions Team told me at the time of joining that by the end of the third week, this is the operational speed we would want to see you working at? Why wasn't I told this by the end of the first week, or even the second week? But the HR manager of the company takes the award for being the most unprofessional, callous and deceptive employee of this organisation. He forcibly (and I admit that I was weak enough to let him do this to me) took back my employment offer after a few days of joining and made me do an internship instead (this happened well before that meeting at the end of 3 weeks). How many places do you know that do this, offering you regular employment and then cancelling it and asking you to take up an internship, all in the name of your interest? I kept refusing it but he made that decision without my consent and against my wishes. My pay was withheld from me for several days after leaving. This company also engages in the possibly unlawful practice of making a new employee sign a multi-page document and not giving them a copy of it. Two separate agreements/contracts are signed. You get one, but not the other one. Isn't that against our labour laws? When that disgraceful HR manager persistently continued withholding my pay by delaying it day by day, I finally told him that if I didn't receive it within the next 24 hours, I'd proceed to file a formal complaint with the Labour Department, Chandigarh Administration. Next morning, an accounts officer got in touch with me and I received my rightfully earned pay. If you don't mind working at a company that moves like this, good for you. You decide for yourself my peers. All of this actually happened and is wholly truthful. This was my terrible experience. In retrospect, I should have gone to the Assistant Labour Commissioner's office and told them everything about this place.
