Each equipment is new as it should be, the trainers are well trained, 5:30 am -10:30 am, 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Mon-sat, Sunday closed. It is a bit pricey though, 2000 per head per month, 5000 quarterly. Cross fit, zumba, No sauna, no steam
