★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very poor service.when you want surrender the WiFi router they can not come to my home after repeat and repeat calling to customer care to 20 days.I take address of local partner of Vaishali Ghaziabad and surrender my WiFi router by hand and take me recept of router.Now I am calling for refund of my 2000/- Rupees since 45 days.They have a policy of 90 days refund.When I take a new connection they never tell me about 90 days refund policy by any paper or verbal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever internet services. Airtel 8 mbps works faster than Excitel's so called 100 mbps fibre. Wifi gets disconnected every now and then. And to top that up, their customer care executives are also the dummies. They cut your call abruptly if they run out of words.
Pathetic company.
