★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excitel is the worst internet service provider in Abul Fazal Enclave area. I strongly suggest to not buy excitel broadband in Abul Fazal area if you dont want to suffer with frequent issues having uncertain time to fix. I took 300mbps plan for one year and in last 15 days i got issues which took more than a week to fix. When any issue appears its uncertain that how long would it take to fix, customer support said the issue will resolve at priority but no response, local operator ignore phone calls. Screenshot of few issues from ticket support attached herewith. Its notable that few issues were fixed in 2 to 3 days (thats also long time to fix internet connection? after calling local operator that does not have record in ticket support.
First issue of signal loss here took approx 3 days to fix (after contacting customer care many times). Second issue in upload speed took almost 10 days (imagine the excellent service of team). Current issue of signal loss since last 3 days that didnt get fixed yet. In last 15 days most of the time i required other net to work properly. If you take excitel broadband in this area you shall not expect fixing the issues within 1 or 2 days, its uncertain with no response from them and frequent request of restarting router when you call customer care. Instead of fixing issue they simply wait that by restarting router multiple times it will get fixed in coming few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excitel is one of the most popular high speed internet service providers in India, that offers special broadband plans tailored especially for streamers, downloaders, and gamers.....See, I have been using Excitel’s broadband service from last three months. I’ve used their service for 3 months at Madanpur Khadar , Sarita vihar, Delhi .Till now it’s been a great service and haven’t faced any major trouble.... Awesome service... behavior of their executive is also very good..
