★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered hotel items during this lockdown period. In this unfavorable condition the vendor is committed in providing good service... Though the order was late by 4 days that is negligible... Prices are low and quality is above average...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exotika took 2 months to process my order. I had to chase them to get my order delivered. They never picked up the phone after I made the payment to them. Before payment they emailed and called me every second day to follow up on the order.
They charged me for some items and never sent them. The delivery had damaged goods as well. Overall a horrible experience of purchasing from this company.
To top it all, their amenities are not of good quality and started smelling after 4 months of storage.
