Once your consignment is handed over, they will stop answering your phone-call.
The person who answers talks abusively after you paid your money.
After months of trying, they finally demanded us to arrange to pick up our own consignment which arrived not at the destination but two districts away, when I paid for door to door services.
Have registered a police complaint against the person who answers the phone at Express Packers Kolkata Bonhooghly, because of his filthy, rude language towards women.
They are a disgrace. I would strongly discourage everyone from using their services.
