★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I used the service of shiv shakti Packers and Movers and moved my Household goods from Kolkata To Bangalore Door-step delivery with very reasonable price. Communication was quite personalised and professional and time taken for the shifting was as promised. Highly satisfied with the services, highly recommended. The person (Mr.Roy) who came for Packing and Loading was highly Efficient and was very Polite in nature. Hat's off to him and SSPM Packers and Movers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had very much worse experience with this packers and movers. Recently I shifted from Kolkata to Patna so with the suggestion from my friend I contacted him. The first thing he will give is great promise i.e. within 3 to 4 days they will deliver. But its its totally a lie. After pick up 7 days later he had not initiated the transportation. I had to take several follow up for the initiation. My times he will not pick up your phone calls also and can give several excuses.
Even When I unpacked everything and shared the damaged goods images Mr. Saikat told me that everything is fine i.e. the television. He will send a group of persons who are undoubtedly not experienced and don't know how to handle things. I almost lost my air conditioner with this kind of approach and got scratchs in my air conditioner's indoor unit.
When I called him regarding the insurance claim, he told me that he will communicate his technician and let me know the repair cost of the TV.
Don't pay him full before the delivery of the goods. If you did that he will not pick up your phone call. If you tried 1000 times also.
If someone faced the same experience with Mr. Saikat AKA Shiv Sakti Packers and Movers my suggestion will be to file a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM juat like I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience with Shiv Shakti Packers and movers has been fantastic. The way they took care of the goods and services is remarkable.
Saikat and his team has been extra careful and responsible enough to pack, load, move, unpack and unload everything. The way they packed and delivered kept my goods in untouched condition, like it has been not handled. They also quickly communicated with their sources in terms of contingency as well.
I truly recommend everyone to go for their services when needed.
