Finally they for the payment on the excat date.
I would suggest not to go for the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service , internet seems to stop literally every single day once if you are lucky otherwise,it will bhi shutdown for hours and you might know you are one whole night without internet,on the other hand the customer service is not good either they only response your calls till 6 pm after that you can forget that you even have any internet connection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspite of good fast connection. Whenever I come from office I find this connection stated as "NO INTERNET ACCESS". At night it's not working when I can't even place a complaint. And in morning if I want to place a complaint at that time it will be working fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using it right now and it is pathetic they promise 50 mbps unlimited but u will get 8 mbps mbps whole day. I am switching to another ISP and most of the time internet doesn't work and they make non sense excuses about it

They keep on saying sir we will fix it asap but the problem occurs again everyday idk what is wrong with there ISP but one thing for sure they want there payment on time but they never works on there internet services.

Hi Guys,
I have opted your broadband services since last month after a lot of struggle to get a good internet connection in this area.
I must say I like you guys and your services. You guys are polite, professional and always deliver what you promise. Ignoring few instances when the internet connection goes down I have always experienced a seamless services. You guys made work from home easy for me. You guys are awesome!
Things I liked:
1. Instant installation
2. Always responsive to queries
3. Professional and polite staffs
4. Stable internet connection
Things can be improved:
Nothing but you may consider to reduce the installation charge a lil bit

it didn't work properly for almost 10 days. I kept on complaining they kept on fixing it but it had never fixed. Finally, when I thought to switch the provider, I called and asked for the last time if they can fix it. The reply was we will call which I never got. That's how these people treat their customer. If you want to be frustrated go for it. Otherwise, you have other options available.
