★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic hotel I ever stayed in. The customer service overbooked the hotel & wanted to transfer me to another hotel that was far away from this place. The room given to me was 5 inches away from the reception & they had loud conversations till 4am & didnt let us sleep so that we leave the room. The bed sheet had food fallen on it, they were not willing to change the sheets also.
Next day i was transfered to another room but the reception called us at 11pm & requested us to check out at 1am saying that they have guests who want to check in at 2am..... I was surprised - Never have been in a fix like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are tiny and much more expensive as compared to the rooms and facilities. There was an issue with the booking as well. I was booking a room for two people, but somehow it got changed to one during booking process. They we're giving me a room with double bed, but when I said we are two then they charged Rs. 500 extra for one person. They didn't cooperate at all. The mattress and duvet are comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Overall, not very preferable hotel to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was surprisingly clean with clean linen, good air-conditioning and ample lighting. The bath/toilet as fairly big with good quality toilet fittings and everything working.The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room itself is small. But we had a wonderful stay.

I made the booking before and they promised me the best but when I reached the hotel I saw rooms were so congested that even 2 people will face problem in staying there. Still we didn't argued much and asked for pre booking refund,they were jst saying that in few days we will get the money back...but now it's ABT a month but no response from them and no refund. So from my personal experience I would jst say bdon't see for such a hotel were faculty can't be trusted and if u go for then don't pay any advance money cos there returning policy is zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth a single penny... First of all the hotel should stop posting fake photos or rooms online. I checked in on 28th Aug and was staying in room #105. The room was very congested to begin with. Wall colors stripping off and wet patches on walls. As I went further in room the bathroom door frame was rusted nd color stripping there too. The bed head rest was broken like someone had punched a hole in it. The bed sheet and pillow covers were stained and dirty. Staff at hotel do not have sense of cleanliness. Every inch of room had heavy dust. I called reception for room change and was told they were full and the room I was in was their biggest room. Well if this congested room is biggest I wonder how small the other rooms would be.
Completely disgusted with stay. Would not and will never recommend this hotel for anyone.

Yest monday 15.11.2021 i booked room online on agoda.com of hotel fab express deluxe comfort andheri west for one night for 2 person me n my dad (hospital purpose)
I paid amount rs 1377.35 via hdfc net banking. I got booking Id From Agoda.com ( Booking ID 605836397)
But when i called hotel for booking conformation they diney booking they told no such booking we recived from agoda then i tried agoda customer care but it was international number so i didnt able to contact them by my mobile so i replied them on there mail of booking invoice but no any reply from there side
Again i requested to fabindia hotels customer care to provide me room i paid all payment for room booking but they didnt accept
Atlast i take my father ( cancer patient ) to my relative home on night 12 am.
Me n my father who is cancer patient suffer too much harassment from this two company .
