The first time I felt that my mental health had gone down the drain was in class 11 and 12. Somewhere deep down I knew I needed help but because of the stigma attached to seeking help for your mental health, I was in denial. I thought it was just a phase and everyone goes through rough times. “You have to be strong and resilient in tough times” is what I got to hear all the time, and in some ways it made me feel that going for therapy would prove that I’m weak. First year of college went by and I was still hesistant so I did nothing. In my second year in 2020 my life changed completely. It came to a standstill because I went through the most difficult time of my life because I was severely ill. For about a year this went on and I was suffering both mentally and physically. There came a time at the end of 2020 where I told my parents that I need help. I need to go in for therapy, because things were out of hand and I was scared. The search for a therapist is as difficult as finding a partner for yourself. I encountered about 8-9 therapists before I landed on Faculty Minds. Faculty minds has changed my life the least to say. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety, severe depression and post traumatic stress. I thought the world had come to an end. Little did I know that Dr.Shreemant Yadav and Siddhi Shah would make me see the world differently. Through various sessions of JPMR (for my anxiety) and counselling I started unfolding parts of myself I didn’t even know existed. That therapy room had become the safest and the most challenging place to be in at the same time. They’ve been the absolute best and I’m so grateful I stumbled upon them. They hold your hand in difficult times and yet show you the mirror when they feel the need. I don’t think a better balance can be created. It’s been one roller coaster ride tbh, but as Siddhi always told me- once you come out of this, the other side will be so much better. She kept telling me to visualise my healed self in a few JPMR sessions. It felt surreal. She has literally become one of my favourite persons because she made me feel accepted and helped me work on myself at the same time. For anyone who’s afraid of seeking therapy, I’d say there’s no thing which makes you stronger than the courage to heal yourself!!

I did counselling With Ruchika and JPMR with Siddhi. It's been almost a year since my last session. The results have been truly transforming for me. My anxiety levels were high (along with other issues) when I went for my first session. The ease with which Ruchika explains everything and how detailed the planning is for each session was amazing. I remember Ruchika saying to me during my second session that we want this to be very goal-oriented, that we want to help you help yourself. And that is exactly what She and Siddhi did. I used to look forward to JPMR sessions cause they made me feel so calm and relaxed. I would recommend everyone to try counselling/therapy at least once. Ruchika and Siddhi made this process easy and refreshing for me.

I came to Dr Shreemant not at a point of crisis but at a time when I felt I needed to take stock of where I was in life and to understand and change negative patterns of behaviour after years of struggling with issues related to a traumatic event earlier in life.I’m so glad I did. Dr Shreemant helped me investigate earlier life experiences and dissect the way my life choices and decisions had been affected by them. This allowed me to realise why I had been repeatedly making unhelpful life decisions and not moving forward in the way I wished to. I liked Dr Shreemant approach, and he made me feel safe and capable of dealing with the issues which I needed and wanted to explore. After a period of working with Dr Shreemant I learnt a lot about myself, my reactions to situations and the triggers to those reactions. In particular I started to recognise all of the things which I could change to make my life better. I now have the tools to be able to deal with any issues and/or problems that may arise. I have made a number of changes to my life some small and some big and all of the areas of my life that I wanted to change (and even those I didn’t know at time needed changing) have changed for the better. I now look at and experience situations, relationships and emotions from a different perspective and feel emboldened to move forward with more confidence and positivity. It’s been a personal revelation for which I’ll always be grateful

The Counseling here is an amazing experience and it allows us to understand the root cause of any problem any individual is facing. I feel that this difference is the key to distinguishing itself from others. I have had a wonderful experience here and they helped me understand my belief system being the problem. There is complete privacy here as well and the JPMR sessions that they provide really helps in reducing the anxiety levels, and it helps an individual deal with anxiety by themselves. It’s a great method for mindfulness where the muscles tighten up and relax, while the imagery of the most scary thoughts are put upon you, but the people help us to fight it really well. I’m really happy that I have had an experience here :))

Ultimate professionalism mixed with a great attitude. Not afraid to call anyone out on their mistakes and not at all hasty with their advice. Faculty minds have a very strong belief system that works, every time. What's best is even after the course was done they would pick up my calls long after for one off stuff and to help out. I honestly and very strongly recommend Faculty minds not only for your right now, but for the future as well.

I am so glad I found Faculty Minds! They are amazing! I always feel at ease whenever I walk into their office. They are completely present to what I am sharing and I feel completely comfortable sharing information. Dr. Shreemant offers great advice and helps me connect the dots between various problems i face. He is extremely professional but personable at the same time. I would and have recommended him to anyone who is looking for a psychiatrist! I also reccommed the JPMR sessions, they have helped me calm down. Thank you Faculty Minds!

Mental health is something that a lot of people still struggle with.I have struggled with my mental health over a long period of time and didn’t quite know the solution to it. When I got acquainted to Faculty Minds, I was a little unsure and scared about whether it’s going to help me because I was in a very bad stage that time. 20 sessions later i can happily say that it has helped me through my toughest battles of my life and made me extremely self aware. It’s taught me so many things and made me break my unhealthy patterns. The strength, the courage and the correct guidance have helped me to be here. And I’m extremely happy to say that it has changed my life in such a unique and positive way. I will forever be grateful <3

I have been taking sessions from Disha Begani for over 4 months now and with utmost happiness i am writing this review. She is the only reason why i have understood myself, my toxic traits, the core beliefs associated with it and how to dispute them. Similarly, she has helped me regain my confidence, and given a new perspective looking at life! Best part about the sessions are she will focus more on your inner feelings and emotions to make you aware about things which you might not even know existed. I would definitely recommend therapy with them because they care about your well being and it is their priority:)
