★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand it's the wedding season and such stores have huge demands, but no matter what you've got to treat customers fairly. Went to the store to buy a kurta. Was definitely going to make a purchase. Saw a few on the rack as well, was asked to wait for a sales rep which was fair enough as there was a lot of rush. I don't know if he was the manager or sales person but he came and told us that they don't keep "reasonably priced stock" on weekends (even after seeing quite a few on the racks). They were just interested in the big fish, and didn't want to serve someone who wanted to buy just one piece. A small experience for someone could result to a big sale for you in the future + word of mouth. You sir, have lost a customer and then some. In a time where businesses are struggling and you let go of a definite sale, it's just sad. I was definitely going to buy from Manyavar, but this experience made me lose any interest I had and didn't want to give them any business from my end. I ended up buying my clothes from a store that was actually grateful to have me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought sherwani from this store and gave measurement accordingly, in person they will give you false accomplishments like the piece will be customised and it will be perfect fro your size but, NOO, when my piece arrived it was shorter than my size, all the buttons were loose and stitches were bad as hell, i called so many times and finally they picked up and sales man - DILIP GUPTA IS RUDE, AND REFUSED TO CHANGE THE PIECE, MY WEDDING IS IN 2 DAYS AND I DON’T HAVE CLOTHE, AND MY MONEY MORE THAN 25000/- IS STUCK, PLEASE PLEASE NEVER TRUST THIS STORE SALES MAN.
even though manager Dipak is good but THEY HAVEN’T give my money back. Even though there is REFUND POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE DUE TO SIZE ISSUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Muskan Shaikh, an employee of Manyanvar, Santacruz, is excellent with her approach to work and her zeal to attend to customers.
She has the patience and an positive aura will talking to customers.
Would personally recommend her for her sense of Understanding and her calm nature.
Kudos to the team..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant Manager (he may be the owner).
Non customer centric attitude.
Zero commitment on stitched clothing date.
Committed date was 25th April, got delivery on 30th April after multiple follow up calls every day.
Even after getting the clothes five days delayed, the length of the sleeves was 5” more(which is ridiculous from such a eminent brand) and length of the kurta was shorter than the knee. The sales person had already informed us that the cloth for the kurta was short but they had managed to stitch. But the manager was unaware of this fact and was trying to sell us the short kurta stating it is the right fit. Fortunately, we got the refund.
Manyavar Santacruz is highly not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought beautiful mens kurtas for attending a wedding function for my father. Datta was very helpful and understood what we wanted and their collection is amazing. The store staff is very hospitable and polite. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy ethnic wear from this store. FYI they also have amazing woman’s collection as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did purchasing of more than 1 lac from here 1 month ago but the executives here like Prashant on call and deepak bhai in person are just pathetic. First of all they promised me of giving delivery in Nagpur but then on the date when the clothes were supposed to reach Nagpur and I called up the store for delivery status….they were like it’s still here only in Santacruz Manyavar and now they won’t be able to deliver. Fake promises and then when I went to collect them from Nagpur the alterations were not done only. They were just the ready made dresses. Then They called me up for more than 3 times just to take trails of clothes given for alterations and every time whenever they promise of giving me a trial at a specific given time, they make me wait at the store. It’s like they want me to wait here till the time the tailor alters my clothes.
Its been more than a week am waiting here in Manyavar for the tailor (master) to alter my dresses.
Never visit this store.
Instead go for Manyavar Lower Parel store. They at least don’t do fake promises. They stick to the words they promise there customers with. Although it will take time for people to reach there but it’s anytime worth than this Santacruz Manyavar.
Here at Santacruz even the owner (Batla Mota person - typical jain) is continuously on call talking hell too loudly which is too disturbing. Also I heard from the staff here that they just stick the stones of Mala/jewellery on dresses and sell which is not at all acceptable.
Biggest mistake of my wedding is to make from this store and ruin the whole wedding vibes by just visiting this Santacruz Manyavar hell too many times just for simple alterations in sleeves and length.
NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.
INSTEAD GO TO MANYAVAR LOWERPAREL AND OVER THERE MEET MR GUFRAN(gents section) OR MR BHATKAR(ladies section) WHO HAVE VERY GOOD DRESSING SENSE AND THEY SUGGEST FOR THE SAME TOO WHICH IS WHAT IS WHAT IS EXPECTED WHEN YOU VISIT A PLACE LIKE MANYAVAR AND MOHEY OF LOWER PAREL.
DO NOT VISIT SANTACRUZ MANYAVAR ON SV ROAD IS MY STRONG RECOMMENDATION.
