★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a waste of time going here these people can’t even stitch simple kurta. They took all my measurements the first time then they call me for trial and they didn’t get it right then they again took my measurement and again I went for trial they still didn’t get it right then they said they will do the necessary changes and get it delivered to my home which they do but yet again the work is not done properly. Think twice before getting anything from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store has a decent to good collection, but their stitching is downright horrible. My clothes were far too big for me despite giving them my measurements several times and the staff just wanted to get rid of us, forcing us to go home with those ill-fitted clothes. Wouldn’t buy from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF POOR FITTINGS BEFORE YOU BUY YOUR BRIDAL OUTFIT FROM HERE!
I paid upfront for my wedding dress on Oct 10th and was promised the fitting to be done within a week! I went to the shop thrice after that for trials and they got it wrong every time - no concern about someone's wedding outfit poorly altered with stitches unevenly coming out from the back!
On complaining about getting it right after 28 days (was promised delivery within 7 days) the oversmart lady owner who sits at the counter had the audacity to yell at me -extremely poor customer service, even worse after sales service post Payment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in that shop is Rude . The owners wife is very Rude . They have stuff but act as if they are selling for free . Start will be good but as you pay advance and book your piece then you have to pay for your mistake of buying.
If there is any mistake in fitting they will make you run around. I have shopped at many brands but not experienced such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store today. 100% of the staff didn’t wear a mask. Surprisingly it was not even hanging on their ears or around the neck. A mask just didn’t exist around them. I was soo disgusted I didn’t feel like buying and left from there. For a moment I felt I was in 2018 as they proudly stood with their open faces sticking out spreading the disease and here we have the Government putting restrictions on genuine people.
So sad, we live in a locality that feels Vaccine was the answer and now we are free.
Be careful. Beware. Be responsible.
