★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STARS. I ordered a custom sherwani for my sangeet with mirror work for my upcoming wedding summer 2022. I spent OVER A MONTH CALLING to get this order finalized. The final product I received was made with FOIL INSTEAD OF MIRRORS. FOIL!!!! WHO USES FOIL??? This shop IS ABSOLUTE LIARS and they are CHEATERS. They will use CHEAP MATERIAL to save their bottom line and LIE TO CUSTOMERS. If you are wedding shopping, AVOID THIS PLACE! They are liars and cheaters. Save yourself the headache and save your money, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basuree in Santacruz has the most unique and elaborate collection of Indian ethnic wear for women. I bought few sets of Indian ethnic wear from Basuree to wear in my brothers wedding and was delighted with the service and professionalism of the staff at Basuree. Not only i got the most unique collection but also they customised it for me and delivered the same to me within extremely tight timelines... I would recommend everyone to visit Basuree for this amazing experience...

It’s been an absolute show stealer at all weddings and functions and the rates are much better compared to many stores in Mumbai without compromising on quality and style and service . Will highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Basuree. All the staff were patient and took the time to hear what my vision was before showing their range. They were completely transparent throughout and didn't try to force any sales as you sometimes see in other stores. Of all the bridal shops we saw in Mumbai, they had the widest range of top quality and unique bridal outfits (red and non-red bridals, intricate, light - they had it all). They were accommodating of all customisation as well. Jatinbhai and Dilip in particular were really helpful throughout the process. His staff were outstanding and the final product was perfect and exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend Basuree to all brides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend Basuree and Jatinbhai and team enough to any international bride, bridal party or just general wear for ALL age ranges, body types and body shapes! They were fantastic :)
They have an extensive range of outfits - with some stunning unique designs as well as being fully open to custom designs and lookbooks. Everything was made to an incredible standard and quality and was well priced.
More than that, the team were so humble, helpful and accomodating to our needs and vision and went above and beyond what we expected or experienced anywhere else in India. Customer service was exceptional.
We will be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought all of my bridal dresses from Basuree and couldn't be happier with the quality and fit of the outfits I purchased. I was supposed to travel to India to do my bridal shopping, but due to COVID was unable to do so. I worked with Jigar, Nitin, and Kiran via whatsapp video calls to pick out the dresses. The staff was great to work with and made the whole process easy and fun. They were very patient with us and showed us a variety of dresses to my liking. There is no bargaining, but they are transparent with their pricing and will show dresses within your budget which I appreciated. Purchasing from abroad was somewhat challenging since it's hard to see the exact workmanship on the dresses via Whatsapp, but staff did a great job of describing the details of the dress. You do have to pay a deposit if you'd like to secure the dress for yourself, but this is similar to most other stores. We worked with Jigar over the last several months, he kept in constant communication with us regarding the status of dress, stitching, and sent us pictures/videos of the dresses prior to shipping. All of my dresses were shipped to the US and arrived on time in perfect condition. The sizing and quality of the workmanship was above what I was even expecting. I would recommend Basuree to anyone who is looking for quality bridal wear, and I plan to update this post once I have pictures from the event!

From the moment we tried outfits the service was poor wasn't acknowledged to take measurements. When we came back a week later to collect our my reception outfit, I saw my top and go how the hell is going to get over my head. The sales man replies 'you've put on weight' when I'm a petite size 6. Utterly rude comments.The men were undermining everytime we spoke. Clearly no respect for women.
They got my measurements completely wrong.
Hated the whole experience and the changing room stunk so made me even more queasy that I had to leave the shop. Would never return to this place. This place has left a bad impression forever and never say where my outfits from.
