Arjun personally spends a lot of time understanding client specific requirements, basis the same - short lists the right properties and clearly communicates the pros / cons to help make a decision. In addition, he was there with us each step of the way incl. last mile items like taking possession of back up keys, ensuring NOCs are in place etc. would definitely recommend Arjun for real estate / broking services

Where I saw how Maverick Realty does a deep dive into the requirements of the clients (not only the area, the budget, the feel of the premises but also the the purpose of which it is required). It is after this deep dive that they commence the gruelling process of searching for premises that suit the client as well filtering the premises basis the needs of the client. During this entire process Maverick Realty is patient, understanding and absolutely accommodative with Client as well as the Legal requirements (which am sure is painful many times). My association and experience with Arjun has been nothing short of wonderful, he has and continues to be a source of inspiration as well as support. So it was only natural that when I was personally looking for a space I would reach out to Arjun from Maverick Realty.
