★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my wedding gown on 18/09/2018 delivery of the gown was mentioned for 25/10/2018 however delivery was not on time even though I went on 1/11/2018 very disappointing.
No communication from staff was given and whn I arrived at the store some other gown was given to me for trial evn aftr I had given my invoice.
When I ask the staff they casually said it's in the warehouse and it ll take another two days and it's informed to u mam we can't find the matching material. I was shocked with such careless and casual attitude of the staff whn I have never received any call from NEERUS. And when I purchased all the details were given during billing and it was informed to me we ll die the material so don't worry now It only makes me more worry and regret of my big day.
Vry poor customer service.
NEERUS please don't promise to give first trail when u cnt give the delivery on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just cheating you of your money they commit to new pieces and don’t deliver the same , the fittings are horrible and no adjustment , I got my reception outfit and they promised a fresh new outfit and gave me an old piece. So please do not buy from them and in my experience it’s not worth the trouble they put you through for your special day , they promise to deliver but they don’t, I had seen another customer do the same but they said the customer is crazy and it won’t happen to you don’t worry and convinced me to get it without hesitation . And clearly rest as you read about my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small shop opposite Santacruz station. The area wheewit is situated iswell known for wedding shopping. Neerus is a south Indian brand it has good collection of lehngas and gowns. But the collection is mostly 2 years old. The lengas here start from ₹1.93 L whileparty gowns can be fetched at ₹35k. Parking is an issue here. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Mr. Raj helped me to choose my gown.
I bought my reception outfit from them.
Overall happy with the service.
Need a little more follow up with them though.
3 years later,
I just got my gown altered, they did it on short notice and the alteration was just perfect. Very cooperative.
Also their collection never disappoints you.
Must check.
