★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Sunil salesman. He does not know how to advise shoe size. Made size 10 customised shoes for UK 8.5 then delivery 2 days late. Very arrogant when informed too big and replied I do this daily so I know what I am doing. His boss Nitinbhai even ruder refused to even respond or speak to me about the matter. They have no loyalty to their customers and do not know sizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv been to jinaam and it is an amazing store with lovely collections and very nice staff. We recently bought a wedding suit from jinaam which is worth every penny. Thanks to jinaam and the polite staff????. Will always recommend everyone to do visit jinaam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good design collection with prices comparable to Manyavar which has a store right next to it so one can easily compare. But personally I felt the actually quality of the cloth, accessories used and the fitting was a little superior to Manyavar's clothes. The staff were courteous and useful with their advice.They seemed to put an effort to make the inners of the Kurta comfortable to wear too. A good experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good collection, best collection is in the basement. Had purchased my wedding clothing (Sherwani) from here.
The staff is good and so is the store manager with whom you can try out your luck for negotiation. Trial date was earlier and the packing of the cloth was really nice.
One star less than 5 because of no valet parking which is really a customer friendly service and also the pricing is high but not as high as Manyavar or Kora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for MANISH.... He is from the accounts department...LAZY..zero customer service. Visited the store to collect my clothes at 10pm (since last time someone at the store told that store stays open till 11), however the lazy person sitting next to accountant lied that everything is locked we cannot provide the clothes since sales team isn't there. Luckily I had the phone number of one of the salesman and he helped to get my clothes back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is OUTSTANDING! I could shop here for HOURS! The staff is amazing and so helpful! I had one tuxedo made and they only had to measure and fit me once, it was done in only 3 weeks!!!! I am so very happy with the service and finished product that I've already ordered another suit and have my eye on a third! The prices are very reasonable and I couldn't believe how good I looked! My body is hard to dress nicely (because I am a big guy with a funny shape), but they made me look and feel like a movie star!!!!!!I can not say enough good things about this place! Do yourself a favor and stop in, they do NOT disappoint!
