★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after payig EMI also company calls and threaten you to pay EMI.. their executive can threaten you to death hahahhah.. I don't no what process and business ethics and RBI parameter they following or they have designed their own don't go for family credit at all.. finally have cleared all my loan and cloased it but they have still not reported my data to CIBIL and also I am still getting a letter from the legal department

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the most unprofessional company I have ever seen, they never answer to emails or never answer phone. You go to their office at 9:00 am its closed, same story at 6:00 pm and same during their 1 hour royal lunch. I regret my association with this institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. No one answers the call. Even you paid off your loan still EMI will be debited. They will not issue NOC on time. Pathetic customer service. Better not to finance rather that financing from Family Credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst financing companies around. Don't ever get loans from from. I never received even welcome letter from them. Total fraud and cheat. Worst people. All installments are finished and still no update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly it a fraud company , who says something and deliver different. They don't hv good servers to deduct ECS on time and then they ask for penalties. Rate of interest told to me was reducing but it was not reduced till end. Customer service if we call they talk in rude way and no manners atall. I visited Law college family credit branch and there I ask receptionist about the person and she started talking in a rude way. Then I talked to bhatnakar over there and he didn't help me out bcoz while taking loan they told its 10 of every month for ECS but they started in 5. So there misguidance they did. Then I called up Kolkata , main office and there I told same story to Mr. Bhattacharya but he didn't did anything. And the family credit payment collector's told me that there is a problem in server , so u can pay by cash every month after 15 and now they have sent me the threaten notice to pay the huge amount , otherwise they can do whatever they want through advocate. But they don't know the power of truth, so m gonna f*** them all. At last never ever go for private finance and mostly FAMILY CREDIT. Thanks to all for ur suspicious time....forward to save common people who is unaware of law.
