★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a sofa, it got spoiled in just one year, the legs got bent, cushion got deshaped, cheap quality material.
when I went for repair, we observed inside wood quality was very cheap, it got powdered, no strength, I had to dispose it. You can't see from outside, it looks good. Caution! Caution!
don't ever dare to buy from this guy!..
It will be waste of money, you have to spend money for disposal.
i doubt that it may not be original featherlite. It's all duplicate!. I wasted money!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad product and unfriendly customer support... Bought a chair costing around 20k... Within 2 days the new chair resulted in severe pain, asked the sales executive for exchange of chair and also agreed to bear the additional cost for exchange. They said it would not be possible. They really don't give importance to the customers

Today I visited millers road Featherlite showroom to buy a new office chair, that executive was not ready to share the chair information and was more interested to watch something on his phone, too irresponsible executive ever seen. Better to go any other store, please away from this store...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is good but customer care service is not at all good and don't care attitude by most employees in the store. Just remember if u select some product in store then you need to travel to their godown all by yourself and need to pickup on own.
PS : pickup at godown will be informed to you only after payment untill that you will be under the impression that product will be delivered to store front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store based on friends and online recommendation however the product i bought was ergonomic office chair which is good in quality but the management there is not at all good. After paying all the amount they sent us to collect the chair from godown which was nearly 2-3 km from showroom instead of bringing the chair to front door. Even after being paying customer we are supposed to find their godown location which is in congested small road without any board of featherlite since you already paid we had no option than to search their godown and pickup on self.
Never going back to this showroom and won't recommend. Kindly visit better branch of featherlite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. The staff members don’t assist you in your purchase to ensure you get the best possible chair for your comfort. Moreover, if you want to take home the chair immediately, they send you to their warehouse which is located in a narrow road, instead of them arranging to get a fresh piece to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this showroom to order a chair. The sales executive was helpful in helping me identify the correct chair and place the order. After examining a lot of chair, I finalized one and even placed the order. I was quite happy with the products and was planning to even come back for a table. I was told that the chair would be delivered within 2 days and was happy after leaving the showroom.
The actual nightmare started after placing the order. I called up on the day of delivery to check when the product will be delivered and the sales executive kept saying "it will delivered today by 5pm" , "it will come by morning". The next day, no response. I called up the person and she shared a number to contact who conveniently did not pick up the calls.
I had to constantly follow up for the next 4 days. After a point the sales person stopped picking up the calls. I also contacted the customer care who gave me the number of the store manager, who in turn didn't pick up the calls either. Every time I called the customer care, they would give a new number to follow up and no one would pick up. This went on for 4 more days before the chair got delivered.
Even though the product is good, the sales services are terrible and frustrating. They provide dates and don't stick to it, don't respond after selling a product. After sales services are terrible.
