Had gifted a potted plant on parents' 61st Anniversary to Pune on 13th May to be delivered on 15th May.
Till date it's NOT delivered;when it's already 2 days past their Anniversary;
We r paying that extra bit to ferns & petals just to surprise our loved ones on their special day;
There is no track of when it will reach;since d last 2 days the status shows that the product is dispatched!
On contacting the online no's all vague answers & false assurances r given but no one to genuinely look into the matter.
Feedback from friends & families too not v encouraging!
Will NEVER EVER recommend'ferns & petals'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flowers were fresh and the presentation was very impressive...but the delivery was not on time they had to deliver the bouquet in the morning but I got it in the evening... Talking about the Price it is a bit expensive... They should be concern about their service and the customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful bouquet for just ₹220, worth buying. Has three different flowers in it, covered with transparent sheets in a unique folding method. Much better than regular bouquets that to with same cost.
