Basically I sold my car to cars 24 through a direct buyer on 18th March (before Nationwide lockdown) I got the advance payment of 30% from cars 24 executive and handed over the documents to the executive and the deal was supposed to be closed within next 2-3 days (I.e- before 21St March).
But since 2 months still the deal is pending from customer side,now even cars 24 is not responding to my calls not the customer.
So my question is whether cars 24 don't have any policy to take any action against fraudulent customer who is simply fooling me?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked honda city, got visit confirmed at Pcmc Pune Parkig on 10-2-22, received call from CARS24 saying that the car is not available at pune till 13-2-22. With request I visited Vashi, Mumbai Cars24 Hub. On website I saw a fantastic Honda city with no imperfection and repairs, but it was fully refurbished Hoda City. Being automobile engineer, I explained details of this refurbish car and he totally agreed. The worst experience in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think before you deal because these people they keep 50000 to 60000 difference in your car price and when you don't show intrest to sell then they start increasing price but till that time it's late. Try to sell with spinny they offer much better price then cars 24
