This is unexcepted service from HDFC home loan kolhapur

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No coordination among employees. I came all the way from Pune. I confirmed with the employee 4-5 times before coming for a signature since it was a Saturday and after reaching I came to know that office is closed on that Saturday. Will not get everything done in single trip. You will have to do at least 2 trips since they feel it's a favour they are doing by giving you a loan. Pune branch is much more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They don't have any coordination between main branch and sub branch. I have submitted PMAY subsidy notary to sub branch Ichalkaranji and when I asked status after 9 month they dod not have any record and got reply from branch to contact head office and head office told to contact sub branch. Manager is just sitting there in head office. He is not aware what going on in office. Again I submitted PMAY notary which cost me 1.5k. They dont care about customer after loan get sanctioned.
