Adani gas pipeline available. Shortcomings: structure is old, lift is small, staircase small, small common plot area.

Also, many shops in the vicinity for the residents, as there are many in the Shopping Complex right in front of the Society, and also a number of educational institutions (like Parth and CatalyseR).
