★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a fresher I joined lot of work pressure our manager will ask us to reduce the break and work.we shld work on Saturday and Sunday.Favorism is more in this company only they will save the employee who are in the favor of TL managers & trainers. HR is very arrogant don't have patience to speak with employees. Important thing there's no safety for women employees. The worst worst worst company I have worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend, if you are facing huge financial problems and no other option then you can join here. Work will be about 13 hours per day excluding traveling. Most of the days you work here you should do overtime and work both Saturday and Sunday. Hardly you get one day off in a week if you try to convince your lead or manager. No professionalism and career growth. Policies are very old and awkward.

Panel - Krishnamoorthy Prakash speaks in sarcastic way if we have worked with his past colleagues or leaders. This definitely not shows interest to work with Fidelity if the candidates get selected also. The pattern of interview discussion has to be more specific what kind of role they are looking because they simply waste senior people /experienced talents time.

They will treat like slaves and below slaves also. 9 hours work and no break and they will tell you to extend with out break. If you want to experience Hitler rules join this company.

Seriously Worst Company to Work. Most worst rules and worst management. They think Employees are like slaves. what ever they rule we need to follow, if you question then unnecessary stupid mails to harrasment the employee.
Other companies training will be some months , but here just a days of span. They think humans are slaves and having robotic brain.
Worst hell.
If you ready to work as slave, If u wana get Heart problems anger, obesity etc health issues needed means go and commit here ?
After working here you never want to come back and u will be knowing the value of personal time and family time.
So please think 100 times before join here.
