My Pan card was despatched thru this courier by NSDL.
They didn't deliver the packet. They hold on to the packet for days at their office, citing lame reasons that address not reachable. Whereas My Address was right on the road where there office is located.
At the end, After receiving an system generated message from First Flight, I had myself to go there and pick it by self.
Surely would not be using or recommending anyone this courier.
