Since it was a gift we didnot notice it then but while asking to exchange they said they won’t and created a scene. It was embarrassing and highly disappointing experience. I could have bought online and even got it exchanged. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY AVOIDABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the store, but why always store close at right time,CRO should wait for customer all night, why your exchange policy is so tuff ,plz. Exchange the product as we bring in any condition . There should be same discount on cloth and shoes as online ,use as much as coupon we bring and give extra discount on diapers.

I dont know who is the franchise owner, he didnt talk ti us and upfrontly rejected my claim. Highly disappointed. I wasted my 1000 rs.

Categorically asked for availability of barbie dolls over call. They mentioned to have ample variety. In the store there is just 1 piece lying in corner. On confronting them, a lame excuse.
