★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined detox program for 10 days. I m feeling very awesome.. I lost 1.3 kg and I lost in inches 1 and 1.5 inches.. my hair fall issue is solved. I had a too much hairfall issue. My skin is glowing now.
I feel very very light .. I lost only 1.3 kg but I feel lighter than before like I reduce 4 kg . And diet was very very healthy and yes tasty also.. and I was feel whole day very full .I didn't realise I was doing detox diet. Like I heard detox means only fruit vegetables and limited quantity.. but fit by mantra .. Amanat clear the concept of detox . Thank you so much Amanat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enrolled for 10 day detox programme with Fitmantra. Initially I was skeptical about the benefits and wheteher I would be able to finish the 10 days programme or not.
But the Detox diet programme was made in such a beautiful way that I did not feel any energy loss, fatigue or hunger contractions when I was on a diet.
Amanat Mam takes regular follow up during the entire course.
In just 10 days I started feeling much more energetic, my cravings for sweet reduced and I got relieved from skin problems, apart from loosing weight and inches from the waist.
I Highly recommend fitmantra if you are someone willing to make a positive change in your lifestyle.

I recently enrolled with 10 days detox program.In starting days I was sceptical about the benifits but in alternative I received excellent response.
Amanat ma'am personally took follow up during the entire course.
I had so much health issues but Thanks to FitMantra now I am cured and my medication has also stopped.I feel more energetic than before & i feel my body lighter. I see alot of changes in my routine, i also see lots of changes in my skin. my cravings are reduced to nil and I feel less hunger. By allah's grace and advice from fitmantra i lose 9kgs and 6 inches in just 10 days.
I enjoyed morning smoothies alot? and I'll continue with this.

Whenever i faced any issue Team of Fit mantra was always there to help me in every situation personally Amanat ma'am also connected with us. My perception for diet was that diet should be boring and tasteless but the recipes given by Amanat ma'am was extremely tasteful and interesting. Then I met amanat kagzi she suggested some health checkups and based on the result she gave a customised diet. By following diet and some daily walking. I have lose 9 kg in 3 months.plus I have learned healthy eating habits.I suggest fitmantra for their professionalism ,experience and providing quality service to us.
Suggestions- please provide more diet food option in the diet chart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had joined Dr Amanat Kagzis programme as soon as I was detected with gestational diabetes during my 25th week of pregnancy.
Initially I panicked as I was away from home in Singapore with only my husband to take care of me. I had no clue on what to do but one thing was for sure that I did not want to start medicines or insulin, if possible.
That's when Dr Amanat and Dr Jyoti came to my rescue.
They reassured me that I will achieve my objective without medication and that motivated me to get started on their diet plan.
I was updated with meal plans every week with a video call every week on updations from them without fail. The plan included dishes simple to make at home and delicious at the same time.
My sugar levels were consistently stable throughout post starting their plan and did not shoot up alarmingly even when I cheated a little though that was extremely rare.
I delivered a healthy baby last month and am continuing the diet post my delivery too as Dr Jyoti suggested
Dr Amanat and Dr Jyoti motivated me all along and I was able to achieve my goals only with their assistance.
I would strongly recommend FITMANTRA to anyone who needs help with their diet for whatever problems they are facing.
