★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking Yatin Sir's online fitness classes one to one for almost a month now . Earlier I did have some reservations regarding online classes as the trainer won't be present physically to support me, but once I started the classes , the difference between online and physical classes totally disappeared. Sir is there with me all the time, motivating and encouraging me as well as sometimes scolding me for not doing properly. It's not been a long time since I started taking the classes , but I do feel quite energetic, motivated to do workouts and can feel my body getting toned and fit. Thank you Sir for your support.

My doctors are quite surprised with the positive outcome of the Personal Training sessions that i avail here. The excercises are curated by Yatin as per my illness and needs. My health has improved and dependency on meds has reduced. Yatin has customized my fitness regime basis my health needs. I would recommend this place if you want to have a balanced health regime.

He understands individual requirements and prepares custom training programs. A mix of workout, cross-fit, yoga and meditation sets this place apart from other fitness centers. I have benefitted immensely from his training program as he has helped me regain my health and fitness especially after the prolonged sedentary covid lockdown and my erratic work schedule.
