No personal specialist doctor..all are hire..
Too much bad ICU room..
So, plz..dont admit your patient..if you admit your patient, you will be finished..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Hospital Ever visited. Would highly recommend everyone that never ever visit this hospital for anything. Only they are doing business nothing else. They are really least bothered about the patient's condition.
Please ? never Ever visit this Worst Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the worst hospital in kolkata. I had to admit my patient in this hospital due to Covid emergency. My patient was there only for 14 hours and they have made a bill of 80 thousands. They call it multi-speciality hospital which is a big lie. They don't have PPE kits for the medical staffs and nurses. The ITU is the worst, 20 patients in a single room which is not at all clean. Moreover there is only one medical staff or nurse for more than 20 patients. If your patient is non Covid they will surely get infected in this hospital. They will charge you like 7star hotel but the service and behaviour is most 3rd class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother admitted in this hospital though I have medi claim, they misuse of mediclaim they charge approx 4 lacs for example my mother use one or two days cylinder, they generate the bill of 20k in this ways total fake bill was made. When they sent for mediclaim they approved for 3 lacs approx. Remaining amount they want from us for discharge the patient. After 6 hrs flight they reduced the amount to 18k which is still high for us. This people are all inhuman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elder brother expired here on 12.05.2021. He got admission on 11th May with Covid 19. It was visibly seen that giving proper treatment to him was secondary and asking about Cash Money was primary to them.
There is a person named Mr. Joy, who always roams without a Mask but he controls the entire show. He continuously pressurised us for 1Lakh Cash deposit, otherwise no support will be provided.
No difference they make in Patients. They keep all (Emergency and Non-emergency) patients in a same room. I have seen that They don't have ICU or ITU like other hospitals.
They keep Bouncer like Office Staffs who always remain sincere to get in fight whenever situation goes out of Hand. Behaviour is worse here than other Hospitals, till I have visited.
Whatever our Family has faced, I will advice everyone, be cautious and don't go in this hospital. I pray, May Almighty gives them sense towards Humanity and stop them think like a Rogue Profiteer Businessman.
