★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ILS hospital provided a very seamless experience with my IPD admission and treatment of intestinal obstruction. Nursing staffs were well behaved and well skilled in carrying out those activities that were prescribed by the doctor.
Very supportive even at night, responded swiftly to any allergies pointed to during the course of treatment, calling the doctor and getting it resolved. ILS hospital has become a family with two life impacting experiences-one, the birth of my child here early in 2021, and next this major obstruction issue in Dec 2021. Appreciate their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted ILS Hospital Salt lake under Dr. S Ray. Here i felt great hospitalisation service. Sisters Nurses ward boys attended me very well, even during night they were very attentive & responsive. Food served was also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality, care and support from each and every staff members. The admission process was smooth, rooms are spacious and moreover very neat and clean. You only need to opt for veg food, but trust me, they do not compromise with the quality, quantity and items. I would definitely recommend this hospital if you are looking for a hospital which is affordable with decent facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was really great, staffs are really very helpful and cooperative… Easy to communicate and get things done without wasting much of valuable time.. My point of contact was Swami, I must say without home I would have been in real trouble but he handled the entire insurance part and other areas so delicately at ILS salt lake which seriously exceeded my expectation. thanks for all good work !

Each & every staff supported us. Nursing care at ILS Salt lake is too good.
Rooms were very neat & clean.
Proper hygiene was maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ILS Hospitals is located in Salt Lake city, Sector-1 near City Centre. It is a multispecialty hospital. Most diagnostic tests facilities are available in the hospital. My wife was admitted on 1st week of November, 2021 in this hospital for hysterectomy surgery under Dr Rupa Saran Ganguly. Operation was success and she was dischaged on 5th day. Our overall experience was good. Hospital staffs are very polite and quite cooperative. In 2010 I was also admitted in this hospital for my Piles surgery. That time nurse Miss Hiya was on my duty, she was very polite and punctual. She gave excellent services to me.Though hospital is more than 20 years old but very nicely maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted for my Gall bladder OT surgery at ILS Salt lake branch. In patient services are really very great at ILS Salt lake. They extremely take care of their patients. Nursing care is good they are punctual and well behaved. Rooms, beds were properly neat and cleaned.
They have proper team of medical professionals including Dietitian they attend daily on regular basis.
All thanks to the Management of ILS Salt lake.....

I am eternally grateful to ILS Hospitals, Salt Lake for their extremely commendable hospitality.
How hospitals maintain hygiene - is a very crucial aspect to consider, where a surgery is to be done. And be it the reception or the hallway or the temple area or the area in front of the OT, or the twin cabin - the cleanliness was thoroughly maintained and that gave us a lot of confidence for proceeding with the surgery over there.
My mother had a TLH BSO surgery and she was in a twin cabin and the overall experience from consultation and admission to discharge was very commendable seamless.
The staff members were very caring and cordial and my mother was treated very gently.
The food was very well packaged and served. Very palatable to have, not horrible enough to throw away yet not unhealthy for the patient but tasteful too - as my mother described.
Surgery is a stressing aspect but the hospital experience was comforting enough to manage the stress and anxiety better.
I am sincerely grateful to ILS Salt Lake for the overall hospitality.
