As said the bouquet was supposed to be of 20 roses.. but actual one just had 15 roses which was upsetting. They didn't deliver a chocolate with it which they promised to.
Communication is extremely poor. You won't have any updates about the delay in delivery.
And they charge for delivery in the nearest areas too.
Too late delivery.
