Complete FRAUD SCAM - I am being modest.
Don’t even deserve to exist in such a competitive market where several players are already doing amazing.
I ordered at 13:26 today and still not received my order, over 5 hours and there is no useful tracking information.
You guys are not even allowing me to cancel order stating that it has been prepared/packed.
Although my amount is very low, but is this the way you guys are looting the public.
How would you refund my amount, as I have not received order as yet, I can’t wait entire day, secondly you are not even allowing me to cancel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respect towards the customer concern. They just deceiving the people with their voucher codes. As i used one of the voucher and my order got confirmed and i had waited for nearly 2hours but i didn't get the order and even the contact number of the delivery boy. And i asked them through the chat support they had said that my order was cancelled. Is this the way to behave with an hunger customer. Again i asked about the voucher that i used, they informed me that it will get back with in 20min after 20min when i applied that it was showing voucher expired. This food panda for me given really a worst experience. They were doing fraud and till now it was 11days i didn't get my money which was refunded. Really really this was such a big waste and please don't accept this. They were deceiving the customers.. And making us fools.

I ordered pizza two days back by paying online on food panda but that pizza never got delivered and they deducted the money and when i called the delivery boy , he told us that he met with an accident and that is why could not deliver.After knowing the exact reasons i had sent the mail to foodpanda and then sent the message on their live chat but they dint even bother to reply anywhere and the number that they have given on website is invalid. So they just mint the money by giving offers, rest they are not at all customer friendly.The support team will leave the chat room after listening to the concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap services... Ordered food... I did not received anything.. not even refund.. totally dissatisfied with foodpanda.. its name should be changed into... CHEATPANDA... There is no cash on delivery option... They wanna take money from you... But don't wanna deliever the food.. moneymakers... It's very easy to start an app or office.. if you are cheaters... Keep it up.. soon you will loose all your customers

Pros-
1- Open office environment.
2- You can keep your phone with you while working.
3- Shifts are usually Day shifts if you are going for chat department then it's not applicable.
Cons-
1- Open office environment that means no security and CCTV cameras.
2- No transportation not even for Females in night shift.
3- They fire employees when they don't have work because they don't easily provide appointment letters.
4- Everyday job security is a question.
5- This organization full of stupid and arrogant team leaders.
6- Only one week off.
And at the end the one liner advice keep it or leave it.
Foodpanda has failed to serve their customers needs and too make an mark in the market don't spoil your time and skills here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food which was supposed to be delivered in 20 min but later customer executive said that restaurant has not seen the order. Truth was restaurant confirmed order. I don't know why customer executive was trying to defend restaurant. I asked for refund and she tried convincing me every possible way. Later she processed the refund but I paid Rs 122 but got a message that Rs.72 will be credited to my account. So pathetic experience.
