Check-in was smooth big room spic and span room with washroom.
Zodiac breakfast is lavish .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go by the rosy pictures of google added on the site . Its on the back side of Howrah Country Club and both the properties are using same entrance. The property is more than 12 years old and maintenance seems to be not happening on regular basis . We stayed on 6th Feb 22 and what we saw they have charged like a five star hotel however basic amenities were missing inside room like tooth (paste, brush) , sandals , hand wash , shampoo everything which are mostly required during a stay in a Hotel like this .I booked a room with 3.6 K + GST = 4031 per night and they charged me 5.1 k with GST including extra bed not sure why ? They did not even provide any extra bed on my room . I was accompanying with my wife and 2 yr old son . Food was OK however cost is too much . There site seems to be not working correctly even though I booked for 2 person after successful booking its shows 1 person room booked. Over all it was not a pleasant stay however every person on the property was helpful .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is good apart from few hiccups like the mini fridge in the room wasn't working at all and they did not change it at all. However, they did provide ice-cubes 5-6 times without any issue, but still that left a bit sour taste in mouth. The food is very expensive but tasty. Drinks are very very expensive, so do not order. Bathroom is very small for deluxe rooms. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the property is beautiful, however it needs some mending and updations as the property can be much better with some cleaning and painting. Rooms are nice and sheets are clean
and amazing decoration for the Christmas and new year season. The food is very good. Overall a nice place to visit with family.

Pool view room which we got had was beautiful. Very well cleaned room and washroom.Size of room compare to city hotel is big

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my stay here. Food and hospitality are top notches. Special mention to the wonderful service offered by debashish(reception). Suman(restaurant supervisor). Soumik(restaurant staff). They went all the way to take care of all our needs during our stay. Mr navneet the head of the housekeeping dept. Was also very cordial. It's a good property if u want to eat well and relax for 2-3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like to spend a weekend out of the city, so we planned to spend a day here. We booked it from booking dot com and visit the place as per check in time given to us. We have been assigned to a room by the hotel facilities and welcomed for the lunch in to there restaurent. There we found only buffet option is available and no option for your choice. The food was good at lunch time also at breakfast time. But the dinner time buffet was not up to the mark as the team was busy to serve to the corporate party held there. The actual booking facilities are not present in the room. so we were little bit upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place recently on a weekend . Place is very beautiful n relaxing. But needs maintenance. May be as covered d is decreasing things will get better. Food was fine. Staff great at restaurant. Reception needs improvement. Try for top floor rooms. They r spacious, well kept, n have good view of the pool. Pool is big . But was closed . Neptune bar was good. Hoping things to get better as covid situation improves. View from the pool facing room on top floor was great. We saw the beautiful sunrise , many trains passing, n lot of birds.No hair dryer/ iron box/ slippers/ toothbrush in room
