★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks and feels old in each and every prospect , every room and corridor is screaming for renovation. The rooms are on expensive side with multiple plumbing issues. The room service guys were nice if you give bakshis , can't say the same for the reception guys they seemed to be pretty rude. The food seemed to be good and they also have full bar available. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's minutes away from howrah Junction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They DO NOT have power backup and we could not sleep through the whole night. Room was ok but overpriced, no toiletries provided, room service did not respond everytime when we called, washroom tiny with a small cockroach, corridor stinking and suffocating, reception guy had much attitude, overall not a good experience at all. Food was ok ok. Only good thing I can mention is the size of the room. Families strictly stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite restaurant bar. I don't have the photos at the moment but trust me food quality is awesome. Specially I'll suggest you to taste chicken lollipop over there. You gonna love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst hotels. Very bad behaviour of staff, they do not know how to talk with customers. Even they are not changing the bedsheet and pillow, when you ask they will argue with you. It's total waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad hotel I have ever seen. No maintenance. I suggest authority to close the hotel till they renovate it. Expensive food and even tea. They provide no bill. Staffs are so rude behavior specially that old person in front desk. Total unhygienic. Bathrooms were not cleaned by the staff after repeated request. All linkage from bathroom taps. I will say total no to all people. You will not like anything about this hotel. I dnt know the owner but such a dirty hotel I have ever visited. Cats running in all corridors, broken furniture in rooms alloted to guest. A big no and I would request everyone not to visit this place even if it is near to station. I would rate this hotel as negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Ever visit the hotel. I have been here thrice and everytime, I was disappointed and angered. The staff is always rude and shamelessly ask for tips even though I don't take 1 service from them. The rooms are always shabby ( pics attchd), there were water bottles thrown which I had stacked outside. The intercom does Not work. Inspite of this and inspire of me not taking any service, 2-3 people always ask for tips. Like HAVE SOME SHAME for God's sake. Kis muh se tips maang rahe ho? This was my 3rd time and I thought a candid review this time is a Must. Won't be coming here again.
