★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepaid taxi service is not bad but most of the counter are closed now . Cars dont reach in time so we have changed the car by asking them. They are helpful its good. Its quite irritating if you have to reach in time dont trust too much. Drivers ask for extra money to reach in time. If kolkata police sincerely think these matters it will be better service tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On using mobile app I was successful after many attempts on 26.03.2019. The app crashes repeatedly. Fare deducted from bank but no booking allotted in one case. The amount refunded on 20.04.2019 after much efforts, correspondences and phone calls. Fare deducted with wrong travel date and so had to cancel. But the amount not yet refunded even after 2 months. The service is very troublesome and refund experience is horrible.The whole system needs toning up and much user friendly arrangement is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hopeful services due to some taxi driver for exam WB 04E 7468. To harass and misbehave with me and my family. Kindly remove this types of miscreant animal to this organization pl. Today at 1310hrs I was take a prepaid ticket from Howrah to Sealdah. The driver move whole Kolkata near about 2 hrs then he take extra money for the same. Please take necessary action

I gv rs 500 & M supposed 2gt rs 175 bt tat counter man gv me only rs 65 instd of rs 175..jst imgn hw mny ppl r been cheated by these #BUSTEREDS.. it's bttr u book a ola / uber.. Evn these counter taxi r charg'n vry high price.. Normly it takes 224 fr my destination bt here thy took xtra charge + he cheated me of nt gv me bak my xact amount
