★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fosroc agents who actually provide service are cheats. I engaged one for waterproofing. He promised good service and warranty for 5 years. He inflated the cost by treating the entire roof, though leakage was in a small area. He took the full money promising to rectify defect if any on a single phone call. Work quality was poor as the roof started leaking again within a few weeks. He kept telling me that he was engaged in other urgent work (as if mine isn't) and would attend to me in a couple of days. This went on for weeks and now he does not answer calls. Shame on the company that engages such people.
