★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awesome experience at Four points.
Staff - Very humble, proffessional, prompt and helpful; be it room service to front desk to security.
Food - Simply awesome! Quite a lot of items on the buffet menu.
Room and Ambience - Very well maintained. Room was very clean including washroom supplies.
Absolutely enjoyed the stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and full of greenery amidst the city. As you enter the property from the highway you are transported to another world. Well kept and landscaped greens , lovely lawns and a nice swimming pool.
Hospitable staff, nice food and chefs are ready to go out of the way to fulfil your demands.
Rooms are nice with all the basic amenities and stuff which a guests needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is VERY old and musty. It has damp smell. Considering Four Point's standards I did not expect this. Seeing pictures online did not do the justice. Interior looks very old, there was a mold in picture frames and in the washroom, rooms are cramped, chair was wobbly (changed twice), wall has big dents, uneven paint, stained iron board and much more. I ordered food on my first day and something was very chewy like an elastic. It was inedible. I threw up immediately. I had to keep running at reception because my room access card was kept disabling. My wife wasn't feeling well and had to deal with card access every time we go to breakfast or step outside the hotel. This is very frustrating. I clearly informed them i keep card in separate pocket away from cellphone and magnet but customer service kept repeating same thing. Most folks were friendly except couple of cranky hosts. Internet connection wasn't the best. On a good day you barely get anything between 5-13mbps. If you are coming here for work trip good luck getting any work done efficiently. I have never received faster speed than this. I would suggest to looks for other option in this area. Plenty of good hotels around. Quite disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space, nice connectivity. Strategically located. The banquet/ meeting room is well located right next to an open lawn which could be good for weddings. Also good for smoker's who can step out for a drag while enjoying the conference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a wonderful stay here. The hotel ambience and it's surrounding open air, all perfect. I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are good enough and have good fittings. Have a good jogging track around the hotel. And the most loveable was dining experience, whether it's breakfast or dinner, they have extensive all food items, so much to select and so much to eat. But finally it's ur choice to choose to eat, ?. House keeping and dining team staff are good in response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room had a budget hotel standard, did not meet the expectations set by Sheraton or any 4-5 star hotel. There were conflicting terms and conditions with my booking and I had to pay extra for a third person in my room even when I had specifically chosen and booked a room for 3 people.
Apart from this, there was a foul smell in the room and it appeared like everything was wiped with a dirty wet cloth.
The intercom cable was loose/broken hence it was impossible to use the phone.
The shower head in the washroom was partially clogged as well and the exhaust fan was faulty.
The breakfast was more or less average.
Overall, it was a budget hotel experience.
The service was good and the staff was very polite but it wasn’t enough to compensate for the low quality experience that we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room- The room was bit old, looks like renovated 10-15 years ago, the floor was damaged. The wooden flooring was coming out.
Food- They had all the options in the buffet. chinese and Indian. not many Italian options.
Activities- There were not many activities on weekend. Which made it a boring stay.
Outdoor- It has nice swimming pool, for kids they have trampoline, bat ball, cycle which can be requested from the reception.
House keeping- House keeping was very active and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was good here, we were asked to present out covid vaccine certificates too at the reception for the safety protocol. Food was really good here. The toiletries were not there in the room may be due the pandemic time but one time use or disposable type should have been placed. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay here. The staff is really polite and humble.
