★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrid experience… mismanagement of appointments… she screwed them up and instead of accepting mistake , she kept blaming clients and this was not just me…in the end had to walk away without getting anything done ! A planned day turned horrid… left and vowed never to go back to this chaos called ‘ freedas parlour’ again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not visit this place. They are not clear on their pricing & charge whatever suits them. The service is below average.
They overcharged us & the lady boss was extremely rude & screaming from her office on the top floor. They are not worth even a try.
We are not locals & they probably found a chance to take us for a ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in their service! I had gone for a wash & blow and requested them to blow dry curls (they did not last even 1 hour!). At time of payment; they had charged more than they had initially promised the price to be. They even added services that were not taken. Furthermore the staff and boss were not willing to take blame for the mistakes made on the bill and chased me out by yelling at me. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away if you wish to be respected as a client.
