★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like this place is a joint venture of frozen bottle and US Pizza, I will be reviewing this place as single eatery. I would rate 5 stars for frozen bottle? and 1star for U.S Pizza? though. There is a lot of parking space for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers as well. It is a 2 storeyed place. The place interior is amazing though?.It has got lovely lighting and artwork as well. The place is clean and well lit. The berry blast? and Oreo shake from Frozen Bottle is so tasty though? Frozen Bottle has a really good menu for drinks though?... It has got a list of different flavours that they bottle infront of you and give?... The pricing is apt? for the drinks that they serve... The staff is really friendly and also help in choosing also .... The server that we had was not interested nor friendly... They said that they were accepting cash as well as Cards... But their card machine was not accepting the payment for some reason? had to pay in cash... This place is usually occupied by college groups and couples... This place is ideal for having casual meetings and chats... Would recommend this place for SHAKES only?...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to go on a date. Very friendly atmosphere and nicely lit up. The service is fast. We ordered the red riding hood, date and nutty shake and Mr black and White waffles. They were really good. The prices are also reasonable. The place is located at Oasis and is well connected to the main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have a snack, the outlet is shred with U.S pizza and has good ambiance and great shakes. Good service and the staff I'd pleasing and will give you the right idea to choose between the shakes. A must try place in Margao South Goa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: Avoid, staff dangerously incompetent and unhygienic. Upon sitting down, a manager came and took down our order. I requested specifically no nuts of any kind were to be in my cup. They didn’t put nuts on top like they usually do, but cashews and almonds were hidden in the middle layer. Upon asking for a manager, one of the workers said he was gone. We explained to him how dangerous it is to put nuts, especially hidden nuts in someone’s food. Worker laughed it off and asked what’s the big deal if he eats a nut. Ridiculous. I don’t think anyone there understood the concept of an allergy. I know many people with severe nut allergies. Procedure and hygiene needs to be carefully followed in such cases. When it came time to pay nobody was bothered. There’s at least 10 employees standing around doing nothing and ignoring customers. Poor service, and even worse hygiene. Please train your staff. At the end we were charged an additional few rupees for dining in, and this is after complaining the ac wasn’t working. I will say the food was otherwise very good. But the service is lacking.
