★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center doesn't even deserve 1 star. But it's the minimum rating we can give.
These people are so broke that, they are not giving back balance amount.
They didn't returned my balance Rs. 18/-. Although Rs. 18 is not huge amount for me, but it's not the question of Rs. 18. It's professionalism, Just think how much they are making just by not returning balance amount to 'n' number of customers.
I hope my Rs. 18 donation will help owner to recover from financial losses.
Also they have very poor reception, I don't know why they have provided contact number. They answers calls after calling them 10-15 times.
You will have to visit this service center minimum 4 times.
1) for booking appointment.
2) for giving them device. ( They will just take device, and only will do general diagnostic)
3) For paying advance towards repair.
4) to collect device. (If you are lucky, or else more 1-2 visit)
Service is not prompt, and they are not committed to the delivery date. I was called to collect the device but when I went to collect my device, they said it's not ready.
Think before buying Samsung device.
I had given feedback on Samsung support also.
I hope Samsung will read reviews about their service center and will take proper action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puzzled staff. They told me they'll do a software upgrade to suit volTE of my j6 plus and told me to save all the data. After 4 to 5 days when my wife went for the same, the staff says that he doesn't have software to upgrade it. Poor response, long waiting and incompetent staff. Status of after salesb service of samsung might lead ppl to go for other phones in future and samsung will be in history books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is fine however there is no order maintained as anyone jumps the queue, no social distancing, no one sanitize when they enter.
Office feels crowded.
Plus point the staff is friendly.

I had given them my S7 Edge to put new display which they took 15,000rs first, and told me to come to pick my phone after 15days, After 15days they told me it's not ready.
And they took 2 months.
And when I went there they told my motherboard is broken.
They broke my S7 EDGE. then I told them to return my phone and they returned 14,000rs instead of 15,000rs which I had gave them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. 5 counters but only one is active. All girls at the counter will chit chat to each other. We even saw them using Instagram while customers were waiting at the window. They will attend one customer and take 10-15 min break. Online appointment is not valid. Tokens are given in-store which is allowed till 4.30pm only. We took online appointment and still waited for 50 minutes.
They said they will take 3-4 days to update us on "what is the problem with device".
Also note that 4/5 executives we saw there were not wearing any masks.
