I'm a central government employee I'm behaving nicely but they can't .
Worst experience 2 times of visiting in 4months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the store with my Poco x3 pro which was hardbrick due to my recent update.It was under warranty. The mi staff helped me alot. After 8 days i received my new phone which was replaced by my old phone. And special thanks to anish?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the lamest service centre I evry visited thy Don't values time, in full Goa they have only one center at margoa that also not as expected the place is too same, after taking appointment also they tell u to set for atleast 15-20 min
they don't value customer time

I would recommend not to visit this place ....only they lot the ppl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was gud service provided by MI store..my screen display was broken, so replace it by new one..bt in return they din not given me that broken display to me. They told me that Xiaomi is not giving it back to customer once service is done.. first of all I would lik to tell that small n small part of my mobile is belong to me ifs it's broken or not.. once I purchased the mobile all parts of its belongs to me Xiaomi has no rights to keep with them.. so plz I want the complete carrification on this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the counter was very polite and professional. But I am not happy with the policy of MI. My redmi is an old model and not even worth 2k. Inspite of that they're still charging me 4.5k for display. Please understand that old phones (although your policy) don't undergo same price as a new phone display. This applies to many businesses, not just yours.
