★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my experience..I lost my phone while my kid was playing at play zone..but the store manager Ashish was super active and super helpful..he immediately checked the cctv camera..and within 5mins found the culprit..the culprit was an African guy and who switched off my phone and we found him in the cafeteria..Mr..Aashish also helped me to recover my phone from that guy.. I hope noone experience what i went through..but in case something bad happens to you they have wonderful staff such as Mr..Aashish who will help you to any length needed.. my gratitude to the whole staff and especially Mr. Ashish..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for kids to break free. Entry fee is bit high but they have many rides. Facilities for eateries need to be improved. Not enough options for having a good lunch or snacks is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to lot of such places but this is BEST of all. A very fun happening place for Kids and Adults as well. All can enjoy equally. Nice game and activities like bump car rides, virtual car and bike rides, 9d Cinema, Spin wheels bla bla.. Lots.
Even you play and earn tokens as well which can be accumulated in your card later you can redeem them as well with gifts from their gift section. Staffs are courteous and well behaved. Space is neat and clean. And of course crowded with all smiling faces. Overall a great experience and a great place to spend 3-4 hours with family and kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Fun city is located in VR mall, beside Phoenix mall. This place is very less crowded and the mall is very maintained. But there is nothing but MC D food outlet in food court here. The wait time is more even if the consumers are less. The food quality is zero. there is Starbucks here though. The play area , fun city is really nice and even the adults can sit on rides. An adult has to be accompanied with the kid for any games or play area. The mall staff, play area staff are very courteous and friendly.helful as well. The crowd is lesser and much better. Good experience for half day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place for kids. The rides are awesome here. They have return gift offer for the tokens you gain after playing the game. This place is so much addiction for kids as they won't be able to leave easily. The place is maintained clean and good for visiting with children
