β β β β β I was given my OnePlus 5t phone, issue is just screen became dull. They said need to change display. I said ok to changes display...but after service i have been facing new issues like signal coming one sim and other sim not having Signal. Which sim data on that will be getting signal other I did not get. They took almost 20 days they has taken for service. Daily they were saying we are looking on your issue. Finally phone also not working and for display 8000 rupies they charged me. Both i lost because of This service center. I suggest not to go to this service center if any issues with OnePlus phone.

β β β β β Hi Team, Firstly I would like to thank the One plus team for hiring such a humble team member to serve customers. My very big THANKS to Ayesha for solving my biggest headache which lasted for the last 1 week in a fraction of seconds, I had an issue with my charging cable and it was not charging properly for the last 1 week and I spent more than 4 hours in solving myself with no luck. I had visited brigade road one plus the sales & service center last week Saturday. But I was told no charger stock for the last 2 months. then today I decided to give it a try in VR mall one plus. I collected my token which is number 40 and was waiting patiently to call my token number then I was called by Ayesha and i told her my issue with the charging cable and I was ready to replace the charger because i thought it was not working. But Ayesha asked me to wait for 2 mins and came back with the surprise of my phone was working with power charging and the cable was connecting to my laptop which was my biggest headache and took a lot of my time. My sincere thanks to Ayesha for understanding the customer requirement and giving a quicker resolution which shows your leadership skills of Responsiveness & Resilience and thank you for being so humble to me and wishing me to have a nice day which was a really good gesture to the customer.. Once again thanks to one plus team and Ayesha:) please continue the same customer service :)

β β β β β Overall I am not satisfied with the service. I went there for battery repair. They told me that battery would be replaced under free battery replacement program only I need to pay service charge. But after end of service when I asked for bill of service charge they didn't provide me the bill and told me it will be shared at the end of day. Now I have tried to contact them multiple times but they are not picking the call. What I see the service centre has totally refused to share the bill and they are doing something shaddy under this free battery replacement program. Will file a consumer court complaint for not sharing bill if they will not respond within one month.

They don't pick up the phone call for enquiry. You have to try many times at different timings.
Customer care people are bit careless so you make sure you have provided everything required.
Timings:12am-7pm. Closed on Sundays. Submit your device before 3pm for same day service.
While you wait, you may connect to their WiFi, watch TV, get free coffee from machine and drink water. Very few phones are on display for you to try.
Token system if you're visiting for any problem. While receiving device, you can just show the service record sheet. No need to take a token.

β β β β β One genuine and honest service center for one plus so far. Despite of us reaching late there, they were helpful enough to repair the phone. The engineers behaved very professionally and were working right in front of us. Appreciate the transparency.

β β β β β Surprisingly good service center for OnePlus devices. Very quick and professional services are being given at affordable prices. If the device is under warranty, it's much more hassle free and replacement will be given on the spot. Highly recommended to visit if you face any problem with the OnePlus devices.

β β β β β Its really a genuine one plus store plus service centre with genuine parts and products. This place has very professional staff along with complimentary coffee(best combinations in any place that needs waiting).
Minus 1 star because they denied having parts of required color while I confirmed before visiting.
