★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of customer service, this is the pathetic place to be around. Very slow service ( had to wait 60 -90 minutes for order to come ). 2nd, there is no courtesy of waiters , they don't behalf politely and doesn't pay attention to the guest. I suggest not to go to this place spoil your plan. Out of all food items, I personally liked pork belly dish and French fries. Brewed beers also not that tasty. You can still live with the variance of taste but can't with the service. They really need to improve on that. I will overall rate 1 out 5 because of the poor & slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good posh restaurant in the mall. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating. Food is good and service is also good. We visited in Dec and they had there cake mixing event. It was a good event with nice food, multiple live counters. Overall a good visit and will recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is filled with lots of witty graphics on their wall which is so entertaining to read…they have such a good wheat beer which is the only one I have drinks so far and they have such a nice environment where inside it’s like I am sitting at the pubs somewhere at Europe and outside it so cool to look at the trees and plants….you should try the chicken options as till now I have no complain over it…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 30th September and to our surprise the place was empty but our main course took a long time. The food we ordered we okish but not that great.
However the service was top notch and best to the standard. I would love to visit again.

A must go place in and around whitefield if you are looking to hangout with your friends, colleagues or girlfriend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful brew with good ambiance and no music. Just that service was not that great. There was a private party because of which they didn't have enough staff but that does not justify having to wait too long or make multiple follow ups.

I'm guessing if the outside area is fully functional, the place may score points for ambience however there is no service in the open area.
The waiters are least interested in service which can be seen in their attitude. Had to call the waiter a minimum 3 to 4 times before they attended our table lethargically. Felt really bad paying 10% SC.
The photos attached are of Saturday night and one can see how empty the place is. People are aware of the poor service and aren't showing up here.
There are many pubs with not so great food but still manage to draw crowd on the basis of service. Whitefield arms isn't one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, not crowded at all, ample place to sit - inside and even u der open sky. Clean, Greats Staffs. Clean washroom. Staffs were wearing mask.
Craft beers were too good. Did not feel like pricey ones. Dishes were great too.
Accepts online payments as well.
