★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality products by Samsung.. All M series giving restart problem and Samsung centers asking 8k to 9k to change motherboard.
As this issue from Samsung made motherboard, most of M31 and 31s complained after recent update why customers has to bear these extra costs in a year. Very cheap technique to earn money from a so called Brand.
Cheap SAMSUNG. Avoid to visit the SAMSUNG store and getting looted with cheap products.

Went to the apple store in the mall and Bought the iPad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Samsung stores ever! I wish I could've given 0 stars. Bought a Samsung galaxy 4 watch from here a few weeks back. As per the offer that was explained to me I was eligible for 2 watch straps for 999 after 75 hours of activation. After 75 hours, i registered the serial on the app multiple times but always got a response that my product is not eligible for the offer. I was very clearly informed about he offer and process to redeem before my decision to purchase. When I enquired I was bounced around between customer service and store. I reached out to the store multiple times, they took no accountability and kept saying that they're looking into it. I constantly followed up for weeks with no respite. Please don't buy from these cheaters, they sell old out dated stock on their store and will not help you when there's a challenge. Pathetic customer experience, i have escalated it to Samsung as well but there's been no resolution till date.
