★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of management and technical literacy, my money got deducted from account but transaction didn't complete, they said it will come back in my account but it didn't, even manager too didn't had clue. They have faulty PoS machines, which was hanging for almost every other customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is smaller than the food court of Phoenix Mall. But it has most of the option for food items. The kids play area is on the same floor next to food court. Burger King McCafe are good for quick bite. They have an Italian corner cafe Toscano where you can get pizza, desert, salad and Mocktail. It is good if you are tired after shopping and want to have something quickly. But if you are specially going for food I would suggest to go to Phoenix Mall as they have better options and it is the building next to VR Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idiotic thing is this food box, why are we going to mall. To enjoy ,shop and having some food. Here comes the situation when u go for buying food at VR MALL food court this ; they ask you to add money to this food box and this idiot even took 20 RS for this stupid card .who will put money in this f#*₹# card simply.this guy want to recharge money to that card. It is our wish to buy something from a shop and it should be the right of a customer to give money for what he/ she buys not through any intermediate person.IT is just interfering in one's privacy just to add money .there are many people who like buying directly from the shop here in VR MALL IT IS A UTTER FAILURE .CANT BELIEVE ITS HAPPENING

Service and Dining are everything is fine.
Cons :
You should get a separate Food E-card in Food court before visiting any Restaurants there.
More than paying Tax to the Restaurant you visited, you have to pay tax in Recharging that E-Card too. 220rs for 200 Recharge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rediclous food court. High customer unfriendly. Now as per their new policy if your food card has more than Rs500 balance they will not refund it back!!!!!! Take about policies that are management friendly. When asked to call floor manager for this new rule, I was told he is out for lunch and there is no standby. Mr Anil and Mr. Khamboi are both not available to talk to customer even after repeated requests to call them. First they force customers to buy these food cards and on top of that they will not refund it. What is the issue if a customer pays directly to the outlets, I don't understand. Only reason of these forced food cards is that management gets cash and a way of looking customers who forget to bring the card back or lose it. These 10 or 100 rupees will make then rich. Just a way of fooling customers and taking their money. Maybe these are their ways of money laundering or making profits. This is simply robbing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food court is very good but, lacks some fast food chains. One thing I hated about this place is the concept of prepaid card for buying food. You need to recharge your card 'The Food Card' to buy anything from any food outlet. The payments made via card is not refundable so, you need to tell the exact amount which you need to recharge.

Not advisable ..I ordered Chicken Tikka ...It wasnt tasty ...Meat was not good ... And over cooked ...Lot of dark spots and Crispy instead of tender ...I reported and replaced with pav bhai which was also mediocre ..
Roti - curry also wasnt great ..Whenever i have gone to food box ... I see the crowd ..It always less...
