Kolkata has taken down a brilliant journey of food and the city of joy goes ahead to enrich its taste buds.
Some delecasies portrayed by specfic fusion places along with a perfectly potrayed ambience has been the talk of the city.
Well our very own kolkata has accepted this fusion with food in an amazing manner.
Fusion fork will certainly take you through one such journey.
Budding amongst the streets of golpark, this joint promises to give you feels that comes down from victorian era to a chinese touch to your meal.
We hooged on to :
Chilli Pork : Roasted pork tossed over Schezuan sause a perfect starter as you can call it.
Baked Fish: Comes down from the Victorian era, a perfect english meal set.
Mixed Noodles : loaded with chicken and prawn serves Love for many, mostly preferred main course
Hunan Chicken : Serves as the best companion for the main course above.
Caramel Custard : the new dessert fantasy of the city.
Fresh lime soda : Refreshing as it is.
Food here is unparallel and something which we can ever long for , from a place which stands at the heart of south kolkata.
The other perks include amazing service anc the cosy nature of this joint. This is promising enough to give you a good time here.
I would definitely recommend this place for all the food lovers out there.

Newly opened food joint on the street of SOUTH CITY COLLEGE, GOLPARK.
Cost for two people: Rs.500/- approx
Cuisine: Continental, Chinese, Italian & finger food.
This place is not that spacious but can accommodate 10-12 people at a time.

▪️ CHICKEN STEAMED MOMOS served with soup and spicy sauce,
▪️ GRILLED CHICKEN WITH BUTTER RICE along with grilled veggies, &
▪️ CARAMEL CUSTARD
Good place to have breakfast it opens by 8 AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very hungry and looking for a place to eat when we found this tiny gem. It was lunchtime but we were the only customers and I thought maybe this was not a good choice. But we were very very pleasantly surprised when the food arrived. Not only was it freshly cooked, but it was also tasty And the serving was generous! Hope this place flourishes as I would definitely like to revisit and try out other dishes!

This place, new beast upcoming in the vicinity of Gariahat Golpark, Is a place where you can Savour any meal, be it breakfast, Lunch or dinner since its a all day non-veg food joint. With Subtle decors and Cool interiors, This place is gonna make you feel homelike while having your meal.
As for the food, There's no doubt with how good they are with their quality or Quantity.

Fusion Fork is one of the newest non vegetarian food hub in town. This restaurant is located in 23, 31 Gariahat Road South. Precisely the lane towards South City College.
This restaurant has cozy ambiance with excellent decor inside. It can accommodate 10-15 people at a time. The service of this place is amazing. The staffs were very nice and the owners were very welcoming.
Below are some of the delicacies that were being served to us.
In frame:
Chilli Pork - This item was superbly made. The pork was juicy and soft too. It was made semi gravy and was really delicious.
Fresh Lime Soda - A ver common drink that was being served to us. The drink was well prepared and was refreshing too.
Chicken Fried Momo - The Momos were excellent. This was served with tomato sauce and tasted dam good.
Mixed Hakka Noodles and Hunan Chicken - the proper Chinese food that will surely fill your stomach. Both the noodles and the chicken was made brilliantly. The combination was superb too.
Caramel Custard - This was served in a plate. The custard was amazing and is a must try from this place.
