★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we have purchased one Mutton Biryani parcel from Bedwin Dhakuria , cost Rs 200/- in the evening. While opened there was one small mutton bone piece with potato with gravy and one egg. It was not looking fresh. No taste and looking like Gravy type. While calling several times ph no. is not connecting. Very disheartened. After taking order they have taken 15-20 minutes to deliver it when no rush at the restaurant. We have asked them the reason for delay delivery. The counter people assured that It is Bedwin and not to worry about the quality. He mentioned that quote-unquote" Sir you are taking from Bedwin only".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even deserve1 star. Worst SPL chicken roll I had. It costs 75 Rs. There was only 2 pcs dry chicken. No onion, no cucumber and on top of that sand was present in the roll.Very unhygienic place with worst food quality. Won't recommend.

And they also have a special mutton biryani. Seriously!!? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had horrible experience here. Paid 75 ₹ for a special chicken rool. Ended up with dry roll with few pieces of chicken with sprinkle of onions. That's it. No sauce, no cucumber, not even an egg. Not to mention I bite on sand as well.
Never make the same mistake as I did.
Worst roll I have ever tasted in my life.

● VERY UNHYGIENIC.
● The sales guy meant for catching customers ( bald fat man) passed on the order as "Egg Chicken Roll" whereas I CLEARLY ORDERED Normal
"EGG ROLL".
On correcting him, without even asking me,
● He again blatanlty ordered for
"Special Egg Roll!!"
● I was stunned by his audacity!!
This was 1st of a kind WEIRD EXpERIENCE OF EXTREME PUSH SELL RATHER MANIPULATING ORDERS AT a food stall!!
God knows who in Kolkata does this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food quality. Ordered chicken biryani and water. At Bottle body price printed 20 rupees but they took 30 rupees. Even biryani quality is too bad. Even Uber Eats are partner. Don't know that what worst food actually they are providing.

Ordered chicken boti kabab, 1 chicken fried rice,v1 egg fried rice and 1 plate chicken manchurian.
Smell was coming from the kabab. Was informed and they changed the plate but same bad smell was coming, was tasted and again found sour taste
Totally degraded we paid the total amount of 690 but it was a bad experience in astami puja day.
I think this will be our last experience as atleast I will never try for 2nd bitter experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had tried their Double Chicken egg roll during pujo each costed around 80 the taste was pretty decent, and size of the roll was also quiet enough for one person but the quantity of chicken could have been more according to the price
